Who this notice covers
This notice describes how EmanuelRad handles personal information when you visit this website, ask about our services, request a session or join a waitlist. It covers website inquiries and related correspondence. A separate agreement may govern information provided during a client engagement.
EmanuelRad is responsible for the information described here. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion, use the contact link below. Please identify your request as a privacy request and provide only the information needed to locate your inquiry.
Information you share
Depending on the form, we ask for your name, work email, company, role or website, together with the services you need, your team context, timing, budget and project description. Session requests may also include the session type and the decision or work you want to discuss. We receive any additional information you choose to send in correspondence.
Required fields are marked on each form. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive information about yourself or someone else through an inquiry form. These forms do not collect payment details.
When you submit, we also record the inquiry type, submission time, originating page and any service recommendation. Campaign tags, your landing page and the referring website’s address may accompany the inquiry so we can understand how you found us.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to understand the brief, respond to you, discuss fit, arrange requested sessions and prepare proposals. For a waitlist request, we use it to follow up about the offering you selected. An inquiry is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Technical information helps operate the website, diagnose delivery problems and prevent abuse. The form system uses a hashed network address for rate limiting and a hashed combination of submission details to detect duplicates. Hosting services may also process network and request information to deliver and protect the website.
The Get Started chooser suggests a way to work based on your answers. It does not make a binding decision about your eligibility or commit you to a purchase.
Cookies and browser storage
The website stores your cookie preference and display preference locally in your browser. These settings remain until you clear site data or change them using Cookie settings in the footer. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies; it measures page visits and site interactions. Advertising integrations are not active. First-visit attribution is stored in session storage and is sent with an inquiry only when you submit a form. Session storage normally ends when the browser tab or session closes.
With analytics consent, Google Analytics receives page and interaction events, including form visits, starts, attempts and successful inquiries. These events do not include your submitted name, email address or form answers. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Advertising preferences do not activate advertising providers; those integrations are currently inactive.
You can clear or block browser storage through your browser settings. Some preferences may no longer persist. The current application does not implement a separate response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; any future tracking configuration must be reviewed alongside those signals.
Retention and security
Information may remain in our correspondence and service-provider systems while we handle an inquiry or engagement, and where needed for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. A deletion request can be made through the contact link below. Some records may need to be retained where applicable law requires it.
We use technical safeguards such as server-side validation and restricted server-side delivery credentials. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including confidential material that is not needed for the initial inquiry.
Our providers may process information outside your country. Contact us if you have questions about where your inquiry is processed or how long it is retained.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or tell us to stop optional follow-up. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your request using information related to your inquiry. Do not send an identity document unless we specifically explain why it is necessary and provide an appropriate way to share it.
For California residents, rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act depend on whether the law applies to the business and processing concerned. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion using the process described above. Advertising integrations on this website are currently inactive.
Children’s information
This website offers professional creative services and is intended for an adult business audience. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the information and address the request.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice and the date shown above when our practices change. Where a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it before relying on the new practice.
